Update/change all spaces in RED with your information 

(optional: Update any font in RED to Black after you have made your changes.

Your wet ink autograph should be in Red ink ONLY. 

Recommendation: syntax your appellation [name] )

Example: 

free-and-national: name = jah-love: bey 

ALL CAPS NAME/ENS LEGIS = JON HENRY DOE. 

 Do a search in the document for pronouns man/woman, he/she, her/him, and select the appropriate pronoun for you.

Add ONE unique Certified OR Registered Mail Number to the footer of the Judicial Proclamation and the Live Status Correction Claim

i.e.: Certified/Registered No: 0000 0000 0000 0000 0000 or R_000 000 000 US

(Should be the same mailing number for both documents. This will be the unique id mailing number you will use to send your documents to the 9 Locations.)

Forward the documents with your changes back in PDF form to us for review and confirmation to AMENARasm@protonmail.com. you should receive a confirmation or requested corrections from the Rasm's Office within 48 to 72 business days. DO NOT mail your documents or schedule a nationalization hearing before having them confirmed.

When your documents have been reviewed and confirmed ready 

to print by the Rasm, please print your documents 

following the print specifications below. 

Prints Specifications: 

 Judicial Notice &  Proclamations - (6 Pages) Legal Size Paper 

Lawful Status Correction Claim- (2 Pages)  Legal Size Paper 

 Affidavit of Nationality - (8 pages) Letter (Regular) Size Paper 

Restoration Declaration (Last Page - 1  Page) - Legal Size Paper

Autograph and Thumbprint ALL copies of your documents in RED ink with your two (2) Mu'ur  'Moor' witnesses who should also autograph and thumbprint in RED ink.

 Note: If you are unable to acquire any witnesses (other declared Moors) please 

Click Here to schedule a Nationalization Hearing for the public record to be witnessed by your peers. After your hearing has taken place, Council will then advise you to mail the wet ink document(s) to us at the below referenced mailing location. 

 Mail the signed ORIGINALS of each of your documents to the following mailing location with a clear photo wearing your turban(Women) and/or fez (Men):

STEP 10.

Please complete the NATIONALIZATION PROCESSING FORM to send along with your documents. This form is required to process your Nationalization. If this form is not received your Nationalization will NOT be processed. 

The energy cost for processing, sealing, and returning your document is 33 FRNotes or 1 Silver coin 

Cost Options:

1. POSTAL MONEY ORDER ONLY can be mailed along with your documents 
2. Cashapp at $AMENANation (Please put your appellation in the 'for' section of cash app). 
3. (1) one Silver or Gold Coin which can be mailed along with your documents to be sealed at the mailing location below .
4. The Item labeled "Nationalization Costs"

MAIL YOUR SIGNED PROCLAMATIONS: 

• Do Not Alter Proclamations (this if for unification; documents contain everything needed for 'Lawful Notice') 
• Do Not Fold or Staple Nationalization documents find a mailing folder to size. 
• Do Not Autograph in Black or Blue Ink; or any other color. Autograph in Red Ink ONLY and in script / cursive. A lawful autograph is in script NOT print. 
• Do Not Send mail requiring signature receipt, registered mail, or certified mail as all require a signature and will be returned to you undelivered.   
• Do Not Send Registered Mail.  If you send mail requiring signature it will be returned to you undelivered. 
• Send Your Documents via Regular Mail, Priority, Delivery Confirmation, Overnight (without signature request).  

(Regular mail is sufficient)   

• Send with Postal Money Order and Send With 'Nationalization Processing Form' which can be obtained below
• The Registered or Certified Mail Number at the bottom of your documents will be used to send notice to the 9 locations.
